Some of our clients have specific needs that cannot be met with with our stock character products. Our service desk is available to create custom addons and characters that can be used in our Character Builder, Server, and Hosting products.

Custom addons.  Does your organization use a uniform or other distinctive piece of clothing? A custom clothing addon can work with multiple characters, and may be the smartest customization investment you can make. Custom addons can be created for as little as $1K.

Custom illustrated characters.  Many clients prefer the artistic look associated with the Illustrated style. Our artists can take your photo and turn it into an animated illustration that responds to your script in a fluid, lifelike manner. Custom illustrated characters can be created for as little as $1K.

Custom cartoon characters.  Given your ideas, photos, or sketches, we can create a memorable cartoon character that will become your branded spokesperson. Custom cartoon characters can be created for as little as $1K.

Custom formats and props.  We can create new 3d-rendered characters, or provide custom actions, formats, resolutions for existing characters. Custom formats are often created together with compatible props and backgrounds, for easy layering in Character Builder. Custom formats can be created for as little as $500.

Extended Support

Standard email support limits us to responding to defects in the product or documentation, and prevents us from working directly with your materials. However we can work directly on your project as a virtual member of your team, under an Extended Support plan.

Clients typically use Extended Support to request server installation assistance, light customization, prototyping, training, and consulting. Extended Support is also recommended for clients taking advantage of the Extensibility Kit.

An Extended Support plan lets you pre-pay for a certain number of hours that may be used at your convenience during the course of a project.
